At Decathlon, we've noticed that women make up only 30% of our team, as well as 30% of our user base. This tells us there's a huge need to engage more with women.
That's why, for the first time, Decathlon India launched a campaign exclusively for women. Our goal was simple: to inspire and empower women across the country, regardless of age, location, body type, or skill level. We wanted to attract new female customers and build trust among women in India for all their active and sports-related needs.
